Cold-smoked salmon cabbage salad & seaweed pearls

Ingredients: (Serve 2)

  • Cold smoked salmon slices - 200 gams.
  • Mild Mustard - 50 grams.
  • Sjörapport Seaweed Pearls – 50 grams.
  • White cabbage - 80 grams, cut into thin slices.
  • Carrots – 40 grams, cut into thin slices.
  • Kale – 50 grams, cut in Chiffonade.
  • Sea salt flakes – 1 pinch.
  • Olive oil – 5 ml.

Instructions:

  • Lay out the cold smoked salmon slices in the serving plate.
  • Arrange the seaweed pearls in different parts over the salmon slices.
  • Toss the vegetables with olive oil and sea salt flakes, arrange in one area of the plate.
  • Serve with mustard on the side.

Plant Balls with organic moose pasta 

Ingredients: Serve: 2

  • HUVUDROLL Plant balls 12 pieces.
  • Bastisar Pasta Organic 80 grams.
  • Tomato sauce – 120 ml.
  • Sea salt flakes – 1 pinch.
  • Olive oil – 5 ml.
  • Parmesan cheese – 30 grams, optional.
  • Basil leaves.

Instructions:

  • Cook the Plant balls as instruction in the package.
  • Meanwhile just bring water to a boil with a little salt and blanch the pasta to desire firmness.
  • When straining the cooked pasta drizzle with olive oil.
  • Pre -heat the tomato sauce and serve on the side
  • Arrange the plate and garnish with fresh basil.

Veggie ball wrap 

Ingredients: Serve: 2

  • HUVUDROLL Frozen vegetable balls 8 pieces.
  • Cold smoked salmon slices – 120 gams.
  • Soft, thin bread - 2 pieces.
  • Avocados - 1 whole, cut in  ½ and remove the pit.     Spring onions – 20 grams, finely sliced.
  • Mint leaves – 5 grams, roughly chopped.
  • 1/2 lemon, juice.
  • Sea salt flakes – 1 pinch.

Instructions:

  • Spread out the soft, thin bread on the worktop.
  • Take half an avocado and spread it out by mashing it with a fork.
  • Next to the avocado, spread out some of the hummus (optional).
  • Combine spring onions, mint, olive oil, lemon, and season. Divide it on top of the avocado.
  • Oven roast or pan fry the vegetable balls as instructed on the package.
  • Leave them on a piece of kitchen roll to remove excess grease, split them in half and put them on top of the previous mixture.
  • Roll it up tightly and wrap them in some parchment paper.

Shrimp Sandwich 

Ingredients: Serve: 2

  • SJÖRAPPORT Peeled Shrimps – 125 grams.
  • Soft, thin bread - 2 pieces.
  • Blå Band Mexican spicy sauce – 40 grams. 
  • Boiled egg – simmer to desire timing.
  • Freeze lettuce - 40 grams.
  • Olive oil – 5 ml.
  • Lemon – 2 segments.
  • Sea salt flakes – 1 pinch.
  • Cherry tomatoes – 30 grams, cut in ½.
  • Dill leaves – for garnish.

Instructions:

  • Blå band Mexican spicy sauce over the soft, thin bread.
  • Arrange the freeze lettuce, drizzle with olive oil.
  • Over half of the bread arrange the pre sliced boiled egg.
  • Place the peeled shrimps in the other half of the bread and over the egg slices.
  • Serve with lemon segment.
  • Sprinkle sea salt flakes over the sandwich and garnish with cherry tomatoes and dill leaves.

Pan roast chicken meatballs with Brussel sprouts 

Ingredients: Serve: 2

  • Chicken balls 12 pieces.
  • Savory sauce mix- 28 grams.
  • Brussel sprouts – 120 grams.
  • Swedish New Potatoes– 120 grams.
  • Thyme – 1 string. 
  • Olive oil – 10 ml.
  • Sea salt flakes – 1 pinch.
  • Red cabbage - 140 grams, shredded.
  • Red onion- 30 grams, sliced.   
  • Apple vinegar – 5 ml.  
  • Brown sugar – 8 grams.
  • Mustard seed – 1 gram.

Instructions:

  • For the cabbages, Heat a skillet over medium high heat.
  • Add oil and onion and sauté 2 minutes.
  • Add cabbage and turn in pan, sauteing 3 to 5 minutes.
  • Add vinegar to the pan and turn the cabbage in it.
  • Sprinkle sugar over the cabbage and turn again.
  • Season with mustard seed, salt and pepper and reduce heat a bit.
  • Let cabbage continue to cook 10 minutes or until ready to serve, stirring occasionally.
  • Season the potatoes and roast them in the oven, remove and toss them with chopped thyme, serve hot.
  • Clean and blanch the Brussel sprouts, remove from the water, and cut them in half.
  • Heat a sauté pan and sear in olive oil, season.
  • Oven roast or pan fry the chicken balls as instructed on the package.
  • Serve with savory mix sauce on the side, prepare as per instructions in the package.

Swedish Meatballs with mashed potatoes and savory sauce 

Ingredients: Serve: 2

  • Beef meat balls 16 pieces.
  • Savory sauce mix- 28 grams.
  • Lingonberry spread, 40 grams.
  • ALLEMANSRÄTTEN Mashed potatoes, frozen.
  • Fresh herbs mix – 2 grams, chopped.
  • Olive oil – 10 ml.
  • Sea salt flakes – 1 pinch.

Instructions:

  • Oven roast or pan fry the meatballs as instructed on the package.
  • Prepare the mashed potatoes following the instructions, add butter for an extra creamy consistency.
  • Serve with savory mix sauce on the side, prepare as per instructions in the package.   
  • Garnish with lingonberry and chopped herbs.
