Lesson learnt: Never buy online item, even though product is from reputed company. Advice : Request to kindly pack correct material and not the faulty one. Its customer's hard earned money. There is no response from customer care, even though we have complained through ikea Facebook - official page. if I-kea really mean "i-care", please replace it.1
