The lamp gives you both a general light and directed light, and the two lamp heads have separate switches.
The uplighter spreads a pleasant light that illuminates the entire room.
The reading lamp's light can be adjusted since the lamp arm is rotatable.
The lamp stands stable thanks to the heavy base in marble.
