One important part of her job is to research people’s lives at home around the world – what they eat, how they use their kitchens and how their needs change over time. “What we see now is that many people live in small spaces in large cities, with all conveniences just around the corner. Many times, they buy take-away food that only needs heating at home, and they don’t spend much time cooking during weekdays.
