One of the key services we offer is the In-Store Personal shopper. This service provides personal assistance, helping customers to navigate the store and effectively utilize our products in their homes. With personalized support, customers can enjoy a seamless experience from exploring our range to completing their purchases, making it easier to find solutions that fit their needs. The personal shopper service will extend the support with after-sale assistance when required.
Customers are required to enroll in IKEA Family program & pay a service fee for each appointment with an In-Store personal shopper. This fee helps cover the personalized assistance provided during their shopping experience.

What Can You Expect?
- 3 hours In-Store Visit: Enjoy a dedicated three-hour session with an IKEA personal shopper.
- Service Refunded: Personal shopper service fee is to be refunded as a gift card if the order(s) amount is 5000 QAR or above excluding the personal shopper fee of 350 QR.
- Personal Assistance: Receive tailored help as you explore our range solutions in the store.
- Expert Guidance: Get explanations on additional services to enhance your shopping experience.

Terms & Conditions:
- Location: The service will take place in the store agreed upon during booking.
- Appointment Only: The In-Store Personal shopper service is available by appointment only.
- Customers Only: This service is not applicable for B2B customers and does not include interior design advise.
- Exclusions: The personal shopper service does not include any of the following services: Interior design, Kitchen planning, Kitchen installation, Measurement services, Delivery & express delivery, assembly & express assembly, accessories delivery, any installation services – Lighting, Rods, Curtains, sewing & stitching, or any other related services to your Order. Our coworkers can assist you in booking these services with additional charges.
- Additional Time Needed: If any additional hours needed, then the personal shopper will suggest another time to complete the shopping journey to avoid conflict with other booked appointments.
- Service Modifications: IKEA reserves the right to cancel or adjust appointments or discontinue/modify this service at any time, without liability, following approval from the relevant government authorities.
Changing Your Appointment Date:
If you would like to change your appointment date, please do so at least 48 hours before your scheduled time. The new appointment will be subject to availability.

Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation Notice: You may cancel your In-Store personal shopper appointment by contacting us no later than 48 hours before the appointment to inform the personal shopper. If the payment of the service was made upfront, we will proceed with the reimbursement.
- Late Cancellations: If you cancel less than 48 hours before your appointment or fail to show up, it will be considered as a cancellation, and you will not receive a refund. You can always re-book the In-Store Personal shopper service and make a new payment.
- IKEA Cancellation: IKEA reserves the right to cancel bookings at any time before the appointment. If an appointment is canceled, we will offer a new appointment, subject to availability, or initiate a refund if no new date can be agreed upon.
- Refund Timeline if applicable: Gift card or refund will be processed in store and refund will be subject to the bank terms and conditions.
