What language does our Chatbot Billie understand?
Billie can only understand and reply in English.
At IKEA New Zealand, we speak and understand English fluently. We do have some co-workers who can understand and speak different languages, however our chatbot Billie can not change from English.
Billie does not have the ability to understand anything other then English. However, Billie is constantly learning new things and may learn more languages in the future!
