How does ‘Interior Design Service’ for my home work?
This guide explains the end-to-end process for our most comprehensive home design service, covering your two meetings and the final deliverables.
- Before booking. To prepare, think about your style, take photos of your room, and get accurate measurements. Our inspiration gallery is a great resource for style ideas.
- Book your appointment. Use our online calendar to book your first of two online or in-store meetings. The service fee is paid online at the time of booking. You will receive a confirmation email with all the details for your appointment. If you are a business customer and need help with your booking, you can also send an email to [email protected]
- Reschedule or cancel (if needed). If you need to change your appointment, please give us as much notice as possible. To cancel, use the link in your confirmation email. To reschedule, please contact us at: [email protected]
- Prepare for your meeting with a questionnaire. After booking, you will receive a link to a questionnaire in your confirmation email. Please complete this with as much detail as possible to help your designer prepare. Before the meeting, gather any room dimensions, photos, and inspirational images you wish to discuss. You can share these with your designer during the appointment or email them in advance to [email protected]
- Create your design over two meetings. This service includes two dedicated online or in-store meetings:
a) Meeting 1 (Consultation - up to 60 mins): You and your Designer will discuss your needs and vision.
b) Design phase: Your designer will then develop a detailed, fully-realised project. Based on the first session, we’ll develop a completely personalised interior design proposal. This may take around 2-4 weeks for the package to be complete.
c) Meeting 2 (Follow up up to 30 mins): Your designer will present the final design to you. This is where any adjustments or question can be discussed with the designer. We can then assist you with processing your purchase and services if you happy with the design.
