How do I order bigger spare parts?

If you'd like to order a bigger spare part or are unable to find the spare part number, you can reach out to Customer Service online or in the IKEA store.

Bigger spare parts are not available to order for product or issues that are out of guarantee. Bigger spare parts that do not have a 6-8 digit identification number require assistance from a co-worker to verify the guarantee and order. Here’s how you can order big spare parts. 
How to place the order online?  
You can contact IKEA Customer Service online to order bigger spare parts. A co-worker will help you verify if your product is covered by a guarantee, identify the part you're missing, and check the availability of the part you need. If the part is in stock, they will help you complete the order and arrange the delivery for you. If a part is not available, the co-worker will explore alternate options with you. Please have your order number or receipt close at hand when reaching out to a co-worker.   
How to place the order in-stores?  
If you choose to visit an IKEA store, make sure that you bring your purchase invoice or receipt with you. If you have used your IKEA Family account at the time of purchase, you can also access your receipt by logging in and viewing your Purchase history. Once at the store, head to the Customer Service desk, usually located near the store entrance or exit. An IKEA co-worker will assist you in verifying if your product is covered by a guarantee and identifying the missing part. If the part is in stock, you may be able to take it home immediately. If not, the co-worker can help arrange a home delivery for you when the part is in stock. 
How to order spare parts for discontinued products?  
If you need spare parts for IKEA products that have been discontinued, please type "I want to talk to a human" in the chat. Alternatively, you can call (+64) 9 802 4864. A co-worker will help you to check the guarantee, availability of parts, and explore alternate options if needed. Make sure to have the product information ready before reaching out. 
What are the delivery options available?  
You can choose to have your bigger spare parts delivered to your doorstep, or opt for the Click and Collect option from the Customer Service desks in store. Delivery for bigger spare parts takes up to two weeks. 
How to track the order?  
After ordering your bigger spare part, you will receive a confirmation email. For bigger spare parts, a tracking link will be provided in the confirmation email so you can track the status of your delivery.
