Can I add an assembly service to my current order?

You can choose to add an assembly service onto an existing delivery order, or we can book in just the assembly service for you, if you can let us know what products you'd like to have assembled.

If you’ve already placed an order and would like to include assembly, this may be possible depending on your order’s current status. We recommend using our Track and Manage tool to check whether your order is still active and eligible for service additions. If assembly cannot be added online, please visit your nearest store and speak with our team at the Home Delivery counter, or contact us directly for assistance.
 
Some products require wall attachment as part of the assembly process. Our service providers are obligated to securely attach these items to your wall if specified by the product. If wall attachment is not possible at your location, the assembly service will not proceed.
