Can I order a plumber and electrician from IKEA?

Our service partner, Montera, helps you get your new kitchen assembled. You choose how much help you want. Easily order kitchen assembly and installation online or get help from us with ordering.

You can contact us via chat, phone or by visiting a store or planning and order points.

The order confirmation is automatically sent to the email address provided in the contact details for the order. If you have not received the order confirmation, you can check if it has ended up in the spam/junk filter or similar.

If you want to change the delivery time or cancel your order, you can do so by logging into your profile, or from the ‘Track and manage my order’ page.

We offer home delivery with or without indoor service, express delivery in the local area, and postal parcels delivered to your door. You can also pick up your order at one of our stores, at an external pick-up point, or via Posten.

As long as we have not started picking your items, you can easily cancel your order yourself by logging into "My Page". If you have not created a profile with us, you can use the link sent to you with your order confirmation
