When you buy IKEA gift cards, you should have received an email with information. Have this ready and contact with our customer center.
Digital gift card - received at a department store or from the customer center
If you have deleted or cannot find it again, you can easily Contact Us, and we will help you further.
You can use IKEA gift cards or store credit both in-store and online. When shopping online, choose to pay with a gift card or store credit by clicking on ‘add an IKEA gift card/store credit’ in the shopping cart and entering the redemption code and PIN from the card. If the gift card or store credit does not cover the entire amount, you can combine it with other payment options.
