Then you need to register a user with BankID. Choose the store you want to rent from at this link and complete the registration with Hertz Bilpool. Once the user is registered, you can book a rental car on the Hertz Bilpool pages.
Have you rented a van before?
Go directly to Hertz Bilpool's website to reserve a rental car at a department store you've rented at before.
If you have a user with Hertz Bilpool before, it is probably not registered through IKEA, and regular prices will then apply. Contact Hertz Bilpool directly on phone 400 22 000, and you will have your profile updated and you will get the nice price when you rent a car through IKEA and Hertz Bilpool.
Once you have reserved the car, you will receive an SMS 5 minutes before the rental period starts, to which you must reply "OK". This unlocks the car. The key can be found inside the car.
When you have finished your rental period, you will receive an invoice that you can easily pay in your online bank.
The next time you want to rent a car with us, you do not need to register again, then you can easily log in with your username and password to book a car and time when it suits you.
