What is Oops insurance?
With Oops insurance included in the IKEA Family membership, you can feel secure when transporting and assembling your IKEA furniture on your own. Here you will find more information about the insurance.
Things don't always go as planned. That's why it's good to know that you are in safe hands with IKEA Family. Enter your IKEA Family card when you pay, and you will automatically get 14 days of Oops insurance.
If you accidentally damage the product during transport or assembly within 14 days of purchase, IKEA will give you a new part or item for free.
Our assortment varies with the season. We have around 600 products that you can buy and take home immediately – all fit perfectly in the blue FRAKTA bag. We are also happy to help you order from the rest of our assortment. You can have it delivered directly to your home, either by car or as a postal package, depending on what you need.
