Things don’t always go to plan. When they don’t, it’s nice to know that you are in safe hands. As an IKEA Family member, your new products are covered against accidental damage on the way home – free of charge.

How it works

When shopping in our physical selling points in Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipėda or Šiauliai, show your IKEA Family card at the checkout. Ordering online? Just add the IKEA Family e-card to your account and collect your items at any pick-up point. If anything gets damaged on the way home, we’ll replace it or refund the purchase price.

The insurance applies for 90 days from the date of purchase.

Note!

This benefit does not apply to items from the Bargain Corner, purchases made with IKEA gift cards, measured fabrics, or products made to your specification, such as custom-made worktops.
