Interior design for business customers

How it works
We at IKEA offer excellent design, diversity of styles, the quality and functionality you can really trust. Our interior designers are ready to prepare and finish design projects as well as give you inspiring tips and ideas on how to choose the furniture or set up your space, from offices and corporate premises to residential buildings, schools, shops, hotels, restaurants, and more.
1. Registration
Contact us by email [email protected] or by phone +371 20006878 (I-V 8:00-17:00).
Project implementation will be coordinated by your personal project manager. If you have any questions, you can always contact them.
2. Planning
After having discussed your needs and dreams, we will give the details to one of our interior designers. If it is necessary, together with the interior designer, we will come to your object in Latvia to inspect the premises and hear your expectations, so that we can provide the most suitable solution.
Our interior designer will prepare a project that includes:
- interior plan and solutions,
- mood board,
- visualisations,
- list of products,
- detailed information about additional services.
3. Delivery and assembly
You will receive all the material listed before by email together with a detailed commercial offer and project estimate. The next stage is the installation of your space. All furniture will be delivered by our co-workers, while other specialists will take care of the assembly.
Pricing & payment
Upon signing the contract, an advance fee of 20 €/sq m is included in the final bill of project implementation. This means that if you decide to implement the proposed project and to purchase at least 70% of the total amount of the project, you will get the interior design service for free. Otherwise, the service fee will be 20 €/m2.
A pre-payment invoice for goods has to be paid by bank transfer.
Location
The service is available at the IKEA store in Riga and at the IKEA plan and order point in Liepaja.
Other conditions
- The service is valid for different premises.
- The interior design project can only be carried out in prepared premises, where the necessary finishing works, such as walls and floors, have already been completed.
- We do not handle electrical installations, partition planning or decisions about wall colours, flooring and similar elements. In exceptional cases, we may provide recommendations of an advisory nature.
- If you decide to choose other furniture or colour combinations after receiving the interior plan, you can make it together with the interior designer.
- Our interior designers do not plan small interior solutions or provide furniture design services. You can do it yourself by using our online planning tools or taking advantage of our in-store consultation.
