Who can buy goods using a loan?
- Any permanent resident of Latvia.
- The borrower must have a permanent official monthly income.
- Age of the borrower: from 18 years.
Information about paying for a purchase using a loan:
- Loan amount: from 100 € to 15 000 €.
- Loan term: from 3 to 36 months.
- A qualified Smart-ID, AS “Citadele banka” internet bank or eSignature, as well as a passport or ID card are required for issuing a loan.
How do I buy goods by hire purchase?
Apply for a loan remotely in 4 easy steps:
- Scan the QR code.
- Authenticate.
- Fill in application form.
- Receive an offer in 5 minutes.
- Sign the contract using Smart ID, AS Citadele banka online banking option or eSignature.
When shopping in person:
- Scan the QR code on the price label.
- Authenticate.
- Fill in application form.
- Receive an offer in 5 minutes.
- Sign the agreement with Smart ID, AS “Citadele banka” internet bank or eSignature. After signing, you will receive an email with a barcode, which you will need to activate at the Exchanges and Returns Department on the 1st floor of the store.
- Pay at the checkout by showing the barcode you have received and activated.
When shopping online:
- Put the items in your shopping cart;
- Choose "Pay in instalments" as payment method;
- Sign the contract and we will prepare your order.
