Order handling fee
An additional fee of 3,99 € applies to orders under 100 € made online or at our pick-up and ordering points. This fee is not intended to profit us; it simply helps cover part of the costs related to warehouse system maintenance and product handling.
Collect online orders at our selling points
How it works
- Add your desired items to your online shopping cart.
- Choose your preferred or nearest IKEA selling point under “Click & collect”.
- Select an available collection time and complete your order.
- Relax while we gather your items. We’ll notify you when they’re ready via SMS.
- Head to your chosen IKEA selling point.
Collection of online purchases at the IKEA Riga store
- Wait for an SMS or e-mail with your SO Nr. and allocated time for collecting your order.
- Go to the service area inside the IKEA store.
- Take a queue number by pressing “Hand-out of goods”.
- When your turn comes, approach the desk, show the IKEA employee the SMS or e-mail with your order number “SO…”.
- IKEA employer will bring your goods.
- Take your purchase and leave the trolley in the designated place.
Click & Drive (only for IKEA Riga)
- Wait for an SMS or e-mail with your allocated time for collecting your order.
- When arriving at the store, follow the signs at the parking lot.
- Park in the pick-up area and go to the blue post to call the purchase hand-out.
- Press the button, tell your order number “SO…” and your parking lot number.
- Wait in your vehicle – an employee will bring your order.
- Take your order and place the trolley in the designated location.
