However, most often these images represent the unrecognized emotions of children. This session will provide practical insights on how to help your child cope with fears and support their emotional development.

In this session, you will learn:

  • why children are afraid of the dark and how imaginary monsters are linked to unexpressed emotions;
  • how to explain complex topics, such as death, in a way a child can understand;
  • how to recognize when a child’s stomachache signals anxiety and fear;
  • what are the three most common mistakes parents should avoid when dealing with the fear of children.
