Birthday service Terms and Conditions

The birthday party service is available from Sunday to Thursday, between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM, at IKEA Avenues and IKEA the Warehouse.
A minimum of 10 children is required to book the service. The party must be booked at least seven (7) days in advance.
IKEA does not provide the birthday cake. Customers may bring their own cake from an external source.
Events are conducted according to pre-set time slots and dates. Time slots cannot be modified once the booking is confirmed.·
The birthday celebrant and all guests must be between 3 and 10 years old.
Each event lasts for 2 hours, beginning at the scheduled time (including guest arrival time) and ending promptly thereafter.
A 50% deposit of the total event cost is required at least two (2) days before the event.
Extra catering must be booked & fully paid in advance.
Full payment must be settled prior to the start of the event.
All food and beverages must be provided by IKEA. No outside food or drinks are allowed. IKEA’s safety measures and food handling policies will apply.
All additional activities and services are managed exclusively by IKEA. External suppliers are not permitted.
Any cancellation must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled event.
Please do not bring any external food, beverages, posters, or photography backdrops to the event.
IKEA reserves the right to modify or amend the terms & conditions without prior notice.
