IKEA Kitchen Campaign Terms & Conditions

  1. The campaign is valid from 1 October 2026 to 31 October 2026.
  2. The existing kitchen does not need to be an IKEA kitchen. Kitchens from any supplier or manufacturer are eligible for assessment.
  3. IKEA will assess the kitchen based on its size, dimensions, and overall condition and will determine the kitchen value.
  4. The kitchen value is 50 KD per linear meter with a maximum value of 600 KD.
  5. Kitchen measurements will be rounded to the nearest 0.5 linear meter.
  6. All valuations provided by IKEA are final and cannot be negotiated.
  7. Customers can send photos and details of their existing kitchen via WhatsApp to 97182411.
  8. Submitting photos or information does not guarantee acceptance into the campaign.
  9. Customers purchasing a new METOD kitchen valued at 1,500 KD or more will receive a 25% discount on their kitchen purchase.
  10. Before the scheduled dismantling date, customers must arrange the disconnection of all plumbing, electrical, gas, and other utility connections. IKEA Delivery & Assembly teams do not perform plumbing, electrical, gas, or utility-related work.
  11. The kitchen must be fully prepared and safe for dismantling before the IKEA team arrives, or else, the IKEA Delivery & Assembly team will not perform the dismantling process.
  12. The new kitchen will be installed within a minimum of 48 hours after the old kitchen has been dismantled.
  13. Once the approved kitchen has been dismantled and removed, the customer will receive the agreed kitchen value as an IKEA voucher
  14. Customers can collect their IKEA voucher from any IKEA touchpoint 24 hours after the approved kitchen has been dismantled and removed.
  15. IKEA vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded, or converted to any other payment method, except where required by law.
  16. The voucher can only be used to purchase a new complete METOD kitchen for a minimum total value of 500 KD.
  17. The voucher is valid until 31 December 2026.
  18. Customers must remove all personal belongings from cabinets and surrounding areas and ensure easy access for dismantling and removal.
  19. Only items included in the approved kitchen assessment will be removed by IKEA.
  20. Customer photos and information will be used only to assess eligibility and determine the kitchen value.
  21. IKEA will not publicly share customer photos without prior consent.
  22. IKEA reserves the right to refuse dismantling or removal if site conditions are unsafe or access is not reasonably available.
  23. IKEA is not responsible for pre-existing property conditions, defects, or any damage resulting from hidden structural, plumbing, electrical, or installation-related issues.
  24. Customers are responsible for repairing and restoring any wall, flooring, plumbing, electrical, tiling, painting, or finishing work required after the existing kitchen has been removed.
  25. IKEA may revise the kitchen valuation if the actual kitchen differs significantly from the information or photos provided by the customer.
  26. IKEA reserves the right to amend, suspend, or end the campaign at any time, subject to applicable laws and regulations
