Whether you simply want to return a product you’ve purchased, or need help making a claim for missing, damaged or incomplete items in your order, we’re here for you.
Returns
It’s OK to change your mind. If you’re not totally satisfied, you can return your products (as long as they’re in good condition) within 365 days of purchase for a full refund.
In-store
Return your purchase to any IKEA store.
Pick-up
We can pick-up your return from your home or business. Please contact us for availability, pricing and schedule.
Online
You can easily initiate the product return process by using our Online Returns website. First, select the order you wish to return from your purchase history for the last 365 days. Then, choose the individual products and quantities you want to return and submit your return request. Verification will be done through an OTP sent to your email for online orders or your phone for offline orders.
Claims
Maybe your order arrived incomplete, perhaps it contained damaged products or didn’t arrive at all. Whatever the glitch, we’re here to help you get what you want.
