Fillet Salmon salad

Ingredients :

SJÖRAPPORT Salmon fillet 250g
ROSTAD LÖK Fried onion 5g
Lettuce ½ each
Baby leaves 1 pack
Yellow pepper 1 each
Red pepper 1 each
Red onion 1 each
Rapeseed oil
Salt
Black pepper
Block cheese

How to cook : 

  1. Cook salmon with pan and sprinkle salt and pepper
  2. Mix lettuce, baby leaves, cut yellow and red pepper and chopped red onion.
  3. Serve vegetables on the plate and put fried salmon on it.
  4. Pour rapeseed oil or preferred dressing and sprinkle grated cheese.
