Overnight oats with cinnamon and vanilla

Overnight oats with cinnamon and vanilla, topped with pomegranate seeds and orange. 

A tasty porridge prepared the night before, perfect for a grab-and-go breakfast.

SERVES 2

INGREDIENTS:

2 dl HJÄLTEROLL porridge mix 

2.5 dl of optional milk *

1.5 tsp. grounded cinnamon 

0,5 tsp. vanilla powder  

 

SERVE WITH:

Pomegranate seeds

Orange

Cinnamon  

STEP BY STEP:

  1. Mix all ingredients in glass jars with lids, refrigerate overnight. 
  2. Peel and cut orange into thin slices. 
  3. Top the porridge with pomegranate seeds and orange, add a sprinkle of cinnamon.
