Gluten-free brownies with coffee, chocolate and hazelnuts

Pamper your guests with coffee-flavoured gluten-free brownies and crispy nut and chocolate topping. 

8-10 PIECES

INGREDIENTS:

1 package of cooked black beans 230 g

100 g BELÖNING dark chocolate tablet with coffee crunch

3 eggs

3 tbsp. cocoa

1 dl sugar

1 tsp. vanilla powder

2 tbsp. strong coffee

100 g butter, browned

0.5 tsp. salt 

TOPPING

100 g BELÖNING dark chocolate tablet with coffee crunch

2 dl roasted hazelnuts, roughly chopped

STEP BY STEP:

  1. Set the oven to 175 °C.
  2. Melt the butter and allow to cool.
  3. Rinse the beans thoroughly.
  4. Finely chop the chocolate.
  5. Mix all the ingredients except the chopped chocolate into a smooth batter in a food processor.
  6. Pour the batter into an oven dish approx. 26x20 cm with baking paper.
  7. Sprinkle over the chocolate.
  8. Bake in the middle of the oven for 25 minutes. 

TOPPING

  1. Roughly chop the hazelnuts and roast in a dry frying pan.
  2. Melt the chocolate in a water bath.
  3. Spread the chocolate on the cake and top with the hazelnuts.
