Gluten-free brownies with coffee, chocolate and hazelnuts
Pamper your guests with coffee-flavoured gluten-free brownies and crispy nut and chocolate topping.
INGREDIENTS:
1 package of cooked black beans 230 g
100 g BELÖNING dark chocolate tablet with coffee crunch
3 eggs
3 tbsp. cocoa
1 dl sugar
1 tsp. vanilla powder
2 tbsp. strong coffee
100 g butter, browned
0.5 tsp. salt
TOPPING
100 g BELÖNING dark chocolate tablet with coffee crunch
2 dl roasted hazelnuts, roughly chopped
STEP BY STEP:
- Set the oven to 175 °C.
- Melt the butter and allow to cool.
- Rinse the beans thoroughly.
- Finely chop the chocolate.
- Mix all the ingredients except the chopped chocolate into a smooth batter in a food processor.
- Pour the batter into an oven dish approx. 26x20 cm with baking paper.
- Sprinkle over the chocolate.
- Bake in the middle of the oven for 25 minutes.
TOPPING
- Roughly chop the hazelnuts and roast in a dry frying pan.
- Melt the chocolate in a water bath.
- Spread the chocolate on the cake and top with the hazelnuts.
