Flatbread with sausage, mashed potatoes, prawn mix, pickled onions and mustard

Rich and juicy flatbread wrap with classic Swedish flavours from land and sea. 

SERVES 1

INGREDIENTS:

1 GRÄDDAT flatbread1 KORV sausage

1 dl ALLEMANSRÄTTEN mashed potatoes

1 dl prawn mixA handful of any crispy salad leaves

Pickled red onion

Chopped chives

SENAP MILD mustard

PRAWN MIX

1 dl peeled prawns

0.5 dl mayonnaise

1 tsp. dill 

STEP BY STEP:

  1. Mix all prawn mix ingridients into a mixture.
  2. Cook the sausage and the mashed potatoes according to the instructions on the packages.
  3. Spread the mashed potatoes in the middle of the flatbread. 
  4. Place the sausage on top of the mashed potatoes. 
  5. Place the prawn mix next to the sausage on the upper half of the flatbread. Add the pickled red onion and sprinkle the chives over it. Apply the mustard in a zigzag pattern over the sausage. 
  6. Fold the bottom of the bread in a few centimetres and then fold it to the left and right into a wrap.
