Flatbread with almond paste, whipped cream, toasted almonds and cardamom
Luxurious flatbread roll with chopped toasted almonds, topped with berries and icing sugar. A Swedish classic with a new twist.
STEP BY STEP:
- Mix all ingredients to the almond paste witha stick blender or food processor until soft andeven.
- Spread the almond paste in the middle ofthe flatbread. Start from the top and leave afew centimetres at the bottom.
- Spread the cream on top of the almondpaste. Sprinkle the roasted and choppedalmonds and crushed cardamom over it. Topoff with icing sugar and berries.
- Fold the bottom of the bread in a fewcentimetres and then fold it to the left andright into a wrap.
