Flatbread pinwheels with grilled peppers, cream cheese and coriander

Just as tasty as they are easy to make. Cheese and pepper-filled flatbread pinwheels that are perfect as a snack. 

6 PIECES

INGREDIENTS:

1 GRÄDDAT flatbread

1 red pepper

Olive oil

Salt

Pepper

2 tbsp. natural cream cheese

2 leaves romaine lettuce

1/3 cucumber

1 tbsp. sesame seeds

6 coriander sprigs

STEP BY STEP:

  1. Set the oven to 225 °C. 
  2. Rinse the red pepper, cut it into large pieces and place in an oven dish. Drizzle olive oil and add salt and pepper. Grill in the oven until it has a nice colour, about 10-15 minutes. 
  3. Cut the cucumber into long thinly cut sticks. 
  4. Spread the cream cheese on the flatbread, add the crispy salad leaves on top. Top with the grilled red pepper pieces, cucumber sticks, sesame seeds, and coriander. Salt and pepper.
  5. Roll up and cut into 6 pieces. Insert a toothpick into each piece.
