Flatbread pinwheels with grilled peppers, cream cheese and coriander
Just as tasty as they are easy to make. Cheese and pepper-filled flatbread pinwheels that are perfect as a snack.
STEP BY STEP:
- Set the oven to 225 °C.
- Rinse the red pepper, cut it into large pieces and place in an oven dish. Drizzle olive oil and add salt and pepper. Grill in the oven until it has a nice colour, about 10-15 minutes.
- Cut the cucumber into long thinly cut sticks.
- Spread the cream cheese on the flatbread, add the crispy salad leaves on top. Top with the grilled red pepper pieces, cucumber sticks, sesame seeds, and coriander. Salt and pepper.
- Roll up and cut into 6 pieces. Insert a toothpick into each piece.
