Coconut balls with dates, coffee, cocoa and vanilla

Tasty and filled with energy. For variation, you can also choose to roll them in nuts or cocoa.

APPROX. 10 PCS

INGREDIENTS:

1.5 dl HJÄLTEROLL muesli with dried berries  

0.5 dl coconut  

10 pitted dates  

2-3 tbsp. strong coffee 

2 tbsp. coconut oil 

2 tbsp. cocoa 

1 ml vanilla powder 

1 ml salt 

STEP BY STEP:

  1. Roast the coconut in a dry frying pan. 
  2. Mix all ingredients except the coconut. 
  3. Shape the batter into balls. 
  4. Roll the balls in the roasted coconut.
