Cake with berries, chocolate mousse and milk chocolate bar

Celebrate your birthday (or any other celebration) with a creamy chocolate cake topped with wild berries.

10-12 PCS.

INGREDIENTS:

3 purchased or homemade sponge cake bases

 

LAYER 1

2 dl vanilla sauce

 

LAYER 2

2 dl whipped cream

3 dl mixed berries, fresh or thawed

 

TOPPING

3 dl ready-made chocolate cake mousse or whipped chocolate cream

300 g fresh blueberries and blackberries

3 pcs. BELÖNING milk chocolate bar with caramel and salty almonds

STEP BY STEP:

1. Place the bottom cake base on a cake plate.

2. Spread the vanilla sauce over it.

3. Put on the next cake base.

4. Spread the whipped cream over it and add the berries.

5. Put on the top cake base.

6. Cover the cake with the whipped chocolate cake mousse or whipped chocolate cream.

7. Top the cake with fresh berries andBELÖNING milk chocolate bar that is cut along the middle and then broken into pieces.
