Read the reviewsAnonymous reviewerThis product has issues with the screw thread size. After reading the reviews I'm extremely disappointed that IKEA continues to sell a faulty product. It's a nice handy rack and shouldn't be too much work to assemble but either some of the holes are too small or the screw thread too big. Should be an easy solution to fix the product but here we are. Since Ikea doesnt offer any help other than bring the product back to the store (1,5 hour car ride and maybe some customers dont have a car). You either have to buy new screws with smaller threads yourself or just wing it. 1,5 billion profit company and they dont even fix a 3000 yen product. Whats going on guys.
この商品はネジのサイズに問題があります。あんなにヤバイレビューいっぱいあるのに、IKEAがこの不良品を販売し続けていることには本当に信じられない
組み立は簡単だけど、ネジの穴が小さすぎるのか、ネジの径が大きすぎるのか分かりませんが、うまく組み立てられません。商品の改善自体は簡単にできそうな問題なのに、なんで対応してくれへんのかな。
IKEAの対応は「店舗に返品するしかない」というだけです。店舗まで車で1時間半もかかりますし、そもそも車を持っていない人もいる。
結局、自分でより細いネジを買い直すか、無理やり組み立てるしかない。年間で莫大な利益を上げている企業なのに、3,000円程度の商品の改善しないのはどういうことなのでしょうか。
