In the Japan-inspired FJÄLLRÖDING series, each knife has the distinctive Damascus pattern.

Good things come in threes
VARDAGEN santoku knife is a versatile helper suitable for many different tasks in the kitchen. The word “santoku" is Japanese and means “three virtues" or “three uses." This refers both to the knife’s ability to handle meat, fish, and vegetables and to its suitability for slicing, chopping and dicing. This knife is very well-balanced, has a comfortable handle in dark walnut and indentations on the blade that prevent food from sticking. Good things come in threes!
