Acacia has a rich brown colour and distinctive grain pattern. It is highly durable, resistant to scratches and water, ideal for heavy-use. Acacia slightly darkens with age.

そう、個体差があるってことです。
でも、ビニールにパッキングされて陳列されてるので、
買う時にはわかりません。
ま、しょうがない、このお値段で
「天然木」
が入手できるんだから。
1個目はもう、包丁の傷跡があって、
もう使わないと思う。
使い捨てと割り切って、何回も買い換えればいい。
衛生面でも、そのほうがいいし。
