If you are planning a visit to IKEA Harajuku and IKEA Shinjuku, please note that the final business day will be Sunday, 8 February, and the stores will be open until 18:00.

・Click and Collect at store
The final date and time available for in-store pickup service is 21:00 on Sunday, 1 February.
If the order is not collected within three days after the designated pick-up date, it will be cancelled and the item cost will be refunded.
・Returns and exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges until 17:00 on Sunday, 8 February.
Returns and exchanges will be accepted at IKEA Shibuya or any other IKEA stores in Japan, and the Customer Support Center (050-4560-0494). For more information about returns and exchanges, please visit the IKEA Retail Website below.

If you have registered IKEA Harajuku or IKEA Shinjuku as your “Preferred store,” we kindly ask you to update your registration to IKEA Shibuya or another IKEA store, through IKEA online store.
Please note that if you do not update your registered store by Sunday, 8 February, your “Preferred store” will automatically be set to IKEA Shibuya.
