Changing or cancelling appointments

• If you have a 9-digits booking number on you confirmation mail, cancel your booking by clicking the link in the email.

we renovated home furnishing for more comfortable and happy everyday life!

We were thinking of renovating our home because as our kids grew older, the home are full of more and more things.
Also each of us wants to be more independent to do own chores. So we used IKEA's Home Furnishing Consulting Service and entirely renovated
our living room into a space where the whole family can spend more happily and comfortably.

How to Use

Step 1 Prepare Drawing and Pictures
Make a layout drawing of a room of choice using "Layout Drawing Template." Describe necessary information including the height of ceiling,
window sizes, outlet and air conditioner locations, door opening spaces, and traffic lines, etc. Bring pictures of the rooms
and existing furniture as well as image pictures for your dream room.

Step 2 Make a Reservation
Make a reservation for consultation at least three (3) days prior to your preferred visit date. Same-day reservation is not available.

Step 3 Visit to IKEA Store
Upon acceptance of your reservation, we will send an email informing you of the date and time of consultation.
Please come to IKEA for Business Counter on 2F of IKEA Store. Based on the information you gave us, our staff ask you in what point
or how you would like to change your home furnishing. According to your needs and preferences, our staff prepare your plan
by using our on-line tool and placing furniture on the drawing on the desk top, and offer specific products with your preferred design
and functions meeting your needs. After consultation, we give you "Estimate (Product list)" , "Layout drawing", and "Image of coordination".
Then, our staff take you to showrooms to see actual products we propose in the planning and list up the products. We give a pick-up sheet
if you pick up the products on your own or an order sheet if you use Pick-up Service (fee required). You may bring the shopping list to home
without shopping to discuss with your family.

Step 4 Purchase
Pick up your purchases in the proposed shopping list and pay for them at the check-out. If you use Pick-up Service, give your order slip at the check-out.
 

Reservation

• This Service is exclusive for IKEA Family Member. Click here to join IKEA Family.
• Reservation on that day is not acceptable.
• Please make a reservation at least three days prior to your preferred visit date.
• Bring pictures of the rooms and existing furniture as well as image pictures for your dream room.
• Cancellation less than 24 hours prior to the reserved time, 100% of the Service Fee is charged.
• If you do not appear within 30 minutes after the agreed reservation time, you are considered a "No Show." and subject to the cancellation penalty of 100% of the Service Fee.

Payment Options

• You can pay via (i) credit card, (ii) in cash (in Store only).
• You may choose either advance payment or check-out at IKEA Store on the consultation date.
• Please choose whichever you prefer in making a reservation.

Cautions

• Interior planning service are not intended for kitchen.
• If you plan to buy kitchen, use our Kitchen Planning Service.
• You need to wait for a while to receive estimates after consultation. Thank you in advance for your understanding.
• Please come to IKEA Store with ample time to spare.
