About Service offer

1. This service is not applicable to the following items. 

  • Furniture other than sofas or mattresses. 
  • Bed frames, Day bed frames 
  • Sofas made of rattan
  • Water mattresses
  • Electrically powered reclining sofas
  • Sofas which wooden frame and cushion partare separable
  • Armchairs, Rocking chairs, Benches, Stools
  • Products which are materially worn or damaged

2. This service is only for private customers; business customers are not eligible for the service. 

3.If the item is too big to remove from your room, please disassemble it by yourself.

4. Make sure that the delivery company can carry out the item from your room through hallway, door, elevator, stairs and entrance etc. without any special arrangement. 

5. If we find out that any of conditions mentioned in the application form doesn’t match the actual conditions, we may refuse removal of your item. 

6. At the time of removal, you are considered to have transferred the ownership of the item to IKEA free of charge and agreed that IKEA may handle the item at its discretion. 

7. Your item cannot be returned under any circumstances after removal.
