Kitchen / Bathroom Measurement service, On-site verification service

About the service

The kitchen / bathroom measurement service and/or on-site verification service is provided under the service contract to be formed between you and the service company at the time the service company accepts the order of the service which IKEA receives from you on their behalf. The terms and conditions of measurement / verification service contract shall be stipulated in the terms and conditions set forth by the service company. Please also refer to "IKEA Terms and Conditions for Sale of Products" on the IKEA website.

Kitchen /bathroom measurement service and/or on-site verification service is to check the measurement of the room and the conditions of the building if the kitchen or bathroom furniture can be installed as planned. If the building is under construction or renovation, please check with the on-site construction / renovation company in advance before setting the service schedule.

For consultation on changing the service date, please contact the Customer Support Centre （TEL：050‐4560‐0494） by 19:00 two days before the service date. If you change after that time, schedule change fee of 5,000 yen will be charged per change.
If you would like to cancel the service, please contact the Customer Support Centre by 19:00 two days before the service date. If you cancel after that time, the service fee will not be refunded
