About the service

Please send photos and dimensions of the installation site to the authorized installer by e-mail according to the "Procedure for Bathroom verification service" that you received at IKEA store separately.
Within one week, the installer will send you an e-mail with an estimate of the incidental work other than the basic installation works when needed.*If the piping work is required due to changes of bathroom furniture location, it is necessary to confirm the site by using on-site verification.
When the construction details are decided, please consult with the installer about the construction date and formally apply for product purchase and construction service at the IKEA store.

To cancel your service, please contact the Customer Support Centre at 050‐4560‐0494.
If the customer does not send the data for more than 3 months after applying for the service, the order will be canceled, and the service fee will be refunded.
