Delivery date

Delivery service

Usually purchased goods are delivered in around one to two weeks.

Over-the-counter pickup service

Purchased goods can be picked up on the date selected by customers.

Note: When using the delivery service, there may be a delay in delivery due to road conditions, etc. If the delivery date is later than the originally planned date or the scheduled pickup date designated by customers for some reasons, the delivery company or we will notify customers.

Payment method/timing of payment (deadline of application)

Please follow the instruction for payment by credit card at the time of purchase order placement, or by any another method approved by us before the specified payment due date.

Cancellation of purchase and sale contract/goods return

When all the following requirements are satisfied, customers may cancel the purchase and sale contract with us and return the purchased goods to us within one year from the date of purchase (if the payment date and the delivery date differ, the delivery date), even if the goods do not have any defect. In other cases, customers are not able to request us to cancel the purchase and sale contract, to accept the return of the goods or to make a refund.

  1. It is designated goods (some goods, such as outlet goods, plants, order-made goods, cut-out cloth fabrics, food/beverages, cannot be returned).

     

  2. Goods are unused.

     

  3. Wrapping and tags of goods (with a barcode having the manufacturing number of goods or information on goods) are attached to the goods.

     

  4. Goods are not damaged or defaced.

     

  5. A document evidencing the fact of purchase of goods and date of purchase (a receipt or shipping slip etc.) is presented.

     

  6. Goods are brought or sent to the storefront of the purchasing store as notified at the time of purchase.

     

  7. Purchase is not made for business purposes such as resale.

Shipping charge for returned goods

  • If defective goods are returned, we shall cover the shipping charge.

     

  • If goods are returned due to a reason attributable to customers, customers shall pay for the actual cost for return shipping. If customers have difficulty making an arrangement for return shipment due to its size etc.,  please request us to arrange when notifying us of the goods return. In this case, we will refund the amount after deducting the return shipping charge from the purchase price of the goods. A refund is given after we confirm our receipt of the returned goods. Additionally, please note that the delivery charge and handling charge are not refunded.
