Nursing rooms are available near the entrance on 1F and next to the IKEA restaurant and café on 2F. For hot water and other facilities please ask our co-workers.
Baby changing table
Please use the table to change the child's diaper.
Family friendly toilets
We offer family friendly toilets with integrated baby chairs.
Accessible toilet
This is a multifunctional toilet, easy to use for people using wheelchairs, people with disabilities, and with children. Located at the store entrance. (Large private room, ostomate facilities, diaper changing table, baby keeping)
Play Trees & Kids Cinema
There are play trees throughout the store where children can have fun while shopping. Children can also enjoy the open kid's cinema next to Småland.
Playroom SMÅLAND
Children’s favorite Småland is a supervised IKEA playground where you can leave your children in safe hands while you shop – free of charge. In the Småland playroom you can swim in the ball pool, watch movies, draw, color or otherwise just play. Playtime is 1 h (during peak hours 45 min). Self-serve furniture area
Self-serve furniture areaIn this area we store our furniture flat packs for same day direct take away or home delivery. Please pick up the furniture you saw in the showroom and utilize our flat-bed trolleys. In case you forgot some products use our Kiosk to find them easily. This area not only stocks furniture, but also has seasonal items such as outdoor furniture, summer items, and Christmas items. Before you go to checkout, don't miss the circular hub our outlet corner where you can buy discounted products that got a second life .
Swedish food market
You can also eat tasty, affordable dishes from the restaurant at home. In the Swedish food market next to the bistro you will find meatballs, marinated herring, coffee and various other Swedish specialties from IKEA. Come and discover the Swedish cuisine.

Visit our showroom to see home solutions that enhance your life. When finding products you want, you can take a picture of them with your smartphone or create a shopping list with the IKEA app. The kiosk can also support you in finding the products you are looking for in the store.

Here you find interior accessories and household goods. Add the items you want to purchase to the shopping cart here, or IKEA Scan & Pay, shopping by scanning the product with your smartphone.

Here you can pick up the furniture items you want to take home today that you saw displayed in our showroom. Please load the products on the flat cart according to the row/shelf number.If you need delivery service, please ask our co-workers.

Payment
Please put small items on the conveyor belt at the cash register. Large items such as furniture can be left on the flat cart or shopping cart.
If you have any questions about how to shop, please feel free to ask the staff wearing yellow shirt.
Apply for delivery service
Make a note of the item numbers of goods to be delivered to your shopping list or prepare your wish list in the IKEA App. Once completed your list, please ask our co-worker to create your delivery order.If applying for delivery service after checkout or to add to your already prepared delivery order, please bring purchased goods to the delivery counter located after checkout.

Out of about 9,500 IKEA products, we carry about 1,200 to 2,000 items, mainly popular household goods and small furniture that is easy to take home. Check the stock availability on the IKEA website and IKEA app
IKEA Shinjuku Otoriyose service
Don‘t worry if you can’t find the item you want in the city shop. IKEA Shinjuku offers “otoriyose”service.
Fee: 300 yen

- Maximum total width, depth, and height of each product is 2m
