Interior design consultation for businesses

Step 1 Book

Please book at least 5 business days before your preferred date. The email sent when you book includes a link to answer the questionnaire. Please answer the questionnaire and send us a floor plan with measurements at least 3 days before your appointment.

Step 2 Consultation

Based on the materials you send, a dedicated co-worker will ask about your needs to create the best plan for you. (The consultation takes 1 hour.)

Step 3 Plan proposal

About 7–10 days after the consultation (depending on the scale), we will send you a quotation, a layout drawing showing the proposed products, and other materials.

​​​​​Step 4 Purchase

We will support your purchase, including securing stock and payment.

How to book

• Please prepare measured drawings of your office or shop, current photos, and images that show your preferred style.
• Fill in the required information in the booking form and book at least 5 business days before your preferred date.
• Be sure to check the email sent when you book.
• You can pay the service fee in advance by credit card, at an IKEA store on the day, or with an invoice payment account card (only if you already have one). Please select your preferred payment method in the questionnaire form.

Important notes before booking

* Same-day bookings are not accepted.
* Please answer the questionnaire and send us a floor plan with measurements at least 3 days before your appointment date.
* If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment time, 100% of the service fee will be charged as a cancellation fee.
* If you do not arrive within 30 minutes after your booked time, your booking will be cancelled.
* Although it depends on the scale, it takes about 7 to 10 days to complete the plan.
* A separate fee may be charged for revisions to the plan.
* We do not reserve products.
* Products may go out of stock during the proposal period. Please note.
* A separate fee may be charged for plans over 100m² or plans covering multiple floors.
