How long time do I have from my delivery or purchase to make a claim?

If there is something missing or damaged, we offer you 7 days after you've made purchase or have had a home delivery to inform us.

If you are using a delivery service and find that an product is missing or damaged (broken or scratched) please contact us within 7 days.

If you are a customer using parcel delivery and the product is damaged, scratched, stained, or otherwise damaged during delivery , you can apply for an exchange from your purchase history.

If you would like to exchange large furniture by delivery, please contact Customer Support Center.

For an appliance from IKEA, please contact the manufacturer directly.

For customer who are unable to make a complaint within seven days, we will provide a grace period of approximately 2 weeks thereafter.
