Relocation of Pick-up point in Utsunomiya and Hiroshima and Nagasaki and Kagoshima/ I received at the current Pick-up point. Until when can I return an item to the current Pick-up point? Is it possible to return the products received at the current Pick-up point to the new Pick-up point?

Returns cannot be made at the current Pick-up point.

We will accept returns at the new Pick-up point only for products that have been received at the current Pick-up point.

Please contact Customer Support Centre first and bring products to the Pick-up point used. Make sure to have your proof of purchase (receipt, tax invoice, IKEA Family member history) or order confirmation mail with you.
