How can I order a product and pick it up in an IKEA store?

1. Add products to the cart and then select "Collect", and click "Check online availability and delivery options"
2. In the "Collect at store" section, select your preferred IKEA store from "Select a store" button. Then, select the date and time for pick-up.
3. Pay for the goods and services together.
4. When you place your order, an order confirmation email is sent to the email address you registered.
   *The email will contain your order number.
   *Please change your settings so you can get emails from ikea.com.
5. When your order is ready on the pickup date, you will receive an email at the registered email address.
6. Once you receive the email, head to the IKEA store you chose. You will need the email that you just received and a piece of personal ID (passport, driver’s licence, etc.) to pick up your order.

*If you can't come to pick up your products on the pickup date, please change it in advance from your purchase history.
*You can see the pickup date in the email.
