There's something wrong with my product. Who should I contact?
If there's something wrong with a product you picked up, please contact IKEA Customer Support Centre.
We aplogize for the inconvenience. Make sure to have your proof of purchase (receipt, tax invoice, IKEA Family member history) or 9-digit order number with you.
Also, assembly instructions and part numbers are required to identify the defective part or parts.
If you do not have your order number, please look for the 8-digit product number sticker on the product.
If you do not have the assembly instructions, you can download it from the product page on our website.
