How can I check the stock?
You can check the stock status of each product (excluding food) from the stock information on the product page. Please note that the expected arrival date cannot be confirmed even if you contact the Customer Support Center. If you would like to wait for the next arrival, please use the waiting list.
How to check the stock status
- Enter the 8-digit article number into the search bar at the top of the page.
- Select your preferred store from the right side of the product page.
- The current stock status will appear. If the item is out of stock, you will see the expected arrival date. To check availability at other locations, click "Check stock at other IKEA stores."
- If a product is out of stock, you can sign up for email notifications.
Additionally, if a product is unavailable on the order screen, you can join the waiting list to receive an email notification as soon as it is back in stock.
*Please note that a waiting list may not be available for certain products or specific purchasing situations.
