I received an error message when trying to use my Invoice payment only account card on the IKEA online store.

When ordering from the online store, the postal code entered in the billing address must match the postal code of the billing address registered on your bill payment card.

If you are still unable to make a payment, your bill payment card may have insufficient funds or may have exceeded its credit limit.
Please contact the Customer Support Center Corporate Line (050-4560-0496, business hours: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM, weekdays and Saturdays, excluding Sundays and holidays) so we can investigate the card's status.
