I used the parking lot at IKEA Sendai and left without paying. What should I do?
If you use the parking lot for up to 3 hours, no payment is required. If you exceed 3 hours, you will need to pay at the payment machine on the first floor. If you have already left the parking lot, please bring your receipt with you the next time you visit and pay at the payment machine.
If you exceed 3 hours, you will need to pay at the payment machine installation on the first floor.
Payment method
- Scan the barcode on the bottom of the receipt issued when you purchased an product (non-food items such as restaurants and Sweden Food Market) into the free ticket issuing machine.
- Enter your car number on the orange payment machine and proceed to payment. When you hold the free ticket over the QR reading window, it will display 0 yen and the payment will be completed.
