I have received a damaged product in my delivery.​​ What should I do?

If the product you received from IKEA is damaged, you can arrange for a replacement via "Purchase History" or take it to an IKEA store.

We’re very sorry to hear about this. If you receive a damaged product from IKEA via parcel delivery (Sagawa Express or Last Mile Cooperative), you can arrange for an exchange from your purchase history page. You can easily do this by clicking "Exchange damaged product" in your purchase history. Alternatively, you can bring the item to an IKEA store.

*Excludes large delivery and product received at IKEA Pick-up point.
*Stores where you can bring your items in exclude city stores (IKEA Harajuku, IKEA Shibuya, IKEA Shinjuku).
