How can I access my order?
As an IKEA Family member, you can easily access your order online by going to your IKEA account. If you are not an IKEA member, go to the Track & Manage my order page to access your order.
If you used your IKEA Family card when purchasing or ordering, just Log in to your IKEA account to view your order (you will need to provide your e-mail or phone number and password).
If you are not an IKEA Family member, you can use Track & manage my order to find your order (you will need to provide the order number and e-mail or phone number used when placing the order).
