What are rewards from IKEA Family?
Rewards from IKEA Family is a new benefit we are adding, as we work to improve our offering.
The concept of the rewards program is based on helping customers bring their ideas to life throughout the journey of dreaming, planning, and implementing their home furnishing projects.
As an IKEA Family member, you earn points for product purchase, interaction and activity you complete, which can then be exchanged for rewards.
This benefit will be available in all IKEA stores*, via the IKEA website and IKEA app. Rewards include product rewards and food rewards.
As an IKEA Family member, you will automatically have access to the latest benefits unless you cancel your IKEA Family membership. If you cancel your membership, you will no longer be able to access other IKEA Family benefits, such as the Free Replacement Guarantee and member discounts.
*IKEA Kyoto, all pop-up stores are not eligible.
*IKEA Tachikawa's Swedish bistro is not eligible.
*Shopping credits are not eligible for earning points, but for use of reward coupons.

You can use your points to choose a reward. The rewards unlock depend on how many points you have but are the same for all customers. We have different rewards available so you can choose the one that best suits your needs.
